MAN YUE Technology Holdings Limited ("the Company") is a company whose shares have been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1997. The core business of our company and its affiliates (collectively known as "Group" or "MAN YUE") Tech is the manufacture and sale of high-tech electronic components, including aluminum electrolytic capacitors ("E-Caps"), conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors ("polymer caps") and other innovative electronic components.
The Group provides a full range of E-Caps products to meet the needs of global customers, mainly including the world's leading information technology, telecommunications, electronics and electronic brands. In 2006, the Group launched an innovative electronic component called Polymer Caps, which has become a major global supplier. In 2009, the Group introduced a new type of capacitor, Electrical Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC), to continue its pioneering development. The capacitor is used as an energy storage device in electrical or electronic products.

As the main manufacturer of E-Caps and Polymer Caps, the Group has well-known SAMXON and X-CON brands, both of which are highly praised for their advanced technology and excellent quality, and backed by the Group's strong R&D capabilities and mature global network. All products of the Group comply with EU directives restricting the use of certain harmful substances in electrical and electronic equipment ("RoHS") and specific environmental protection requirements related to different global markets.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, MAN YUE Technologies operates its most advanced E-Caps production facilities in Dongguan, Wuxi and Jiangxi, with a total production capacity of more than 1 billion units per month. The group owns two aluminum foil factories in Qingyuan and Ya'an to produce aluminum foil for its own consumption. The Group has distribution offices in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, supplemented by global distribution channels.
Man Yue Tech is fully committed to environmental sustainability of products and operations. All products are halogen-free and meet RoHS requirements. In addition, all the production facilities of the Group conform to the relevant local environmental regulations, and the Group has obtained relevant certification as appropriate. Not satisfied with simply and passively abiding by regulations, the Group is actively seeking opportunities that directly contribute to the protection of the environment.
